We Ship Nationwide. All of our products are shipped Ground Freight. The freight company must be able to access your area with a large truck. The tracking information will set an appointment date once it arrives at your destination terminal to schedule a delivery time and date you may call the shipping carrier once the order has reached its  destination terminal. Please make sure that someone will be present to receive the items. Please give us a valid daytime phone number to contact you. Also, be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.

Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Due to an increase in fuel surcharges, we are unable to deliver to certain locations that were deliverable prior to the changes in price from our shippers. If we are unable to fulfill your order caused of this, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

Please note that during holidays or busy season, there might be a delay in shipping out your unit, we want to make sure that your unit is completely checked before it leaves our warehouse.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay or changes in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For orders with the "Rush Processing" service, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and your order may arrive 3 days sooner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
*If you pay for Rush Shipping, Rush processing or guaranteed delivery and we are unable to fulfill this service we will refund you for the full amount you paid for that service.
Since we have warehouses across the U.S. we are able to fulfill your orders quickly.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:


When you receive this order notification, your order will be sent for shipment and processing. You will receive a tracking email containing a tracking link with the tracking number(s), once your order has shipped and left our warehouse. Overnight delivery is not available. Your delivery address cannot be changed from what was listed on your order. Change of address will not be authorized and will call pick-ups from the terminal will not be authorized.

Free Lift gate Service:


Don't be fooled by some companies offering "Free Shipping", they just add shipping charge in their product prices, and you will end up paying more. On top of that, their so-called "Free Shipping" might not include lift gate services and residential delivery. Superior Powersports offer Free lift gate service for all orders (50cc-125cc dirt bikes and Electric ATVS ), residential delivery, and delivery appointment notification for your order, other companies may charge you an additional $75 on top of their shipping cost.

As a courtesy service for you when delivering your new vehicle, our trucking companies will schedule an appointment to drop off your vehicle. This makes it easier for you to ensure that you receive your vehicle promptly and on time.
