Best deal in California

Bought this quad, pre paid and picked up from Chino California warehouse, everything was ready as stated, put together with ease. Runs great, kids love it and even the adults get on it and take it for a spin too. Fun toy lots of power.

BAD SERVICE

Was told pick up tao tao 110cc boulder at 12pm and warehouse was closed from 12-1 for lunch. Customer service rep "forgot" they are closed for lunch every day from 12-1. Had to wait over 2 hrs to finally get bike out of warehouse and into my truck. Alignment on the quad was way off and chain tension screws were stripped right out of the crate. Seat on the quad is upholstered poorly which has a slope to the right so my kids feel like they ware sliding off to the side when riding. Had to tighten every bolt and screw right out of the crate (glad I checked before things rattled loose while riding). Customer service department WILL NOT send replacement seat or chain tensioner bolts without me taking it back to the ware house to have it looked at. Over all bad customer service and I have replaced the cheap light bulb with led, front sprocket for better torque at low speeds for my kids, steele chain tensioner and bolts, air filter and speed limiter screw because mine did not come with one. Bottom line is that they require upgrades right out of the crate but at least it is brand new..... last but not least the bracket that the chain tension screws are attached to are welded at an angle so it is not 90° angle in corners.
